Manna Restaurant originates from Saigon, the capital of South VietNam before 1975. Its name at that time was Phuong Lan where it mainly served ice cream, soft drinks, cakes and its famous Café Liegeois. Since then, the restaurant continuously developed into a full size restaurant with complete menu of delicious authentic Saigon food such as Vietnamese beef noodle soup, salad roll etc. The time the restaurant moved its recipes to Canada, it left behind many good memories in the mind of Saigon people about its friendly services and its delicious food.
